To keep things as simple as possible we only charge £5.99 for all mainland UK deliveries and offer free UK delivery on all orders over £100.

We are not liable for any thefts or missing parcels if the delivery attempts have been made.

If an item is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted within 24 hours and we will send you information about future availability or a suggested alternative product.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not liable to replace or refund for any errors with delivery addresses. Contact us immediately if you notice an error with your address or contact details.

Out of stock items

From time to time it may be possible you order something which is actually out of stock - if this happens, we will send you an email explaining how long it will take to arrive, you can cancel the order or proceed.

Larger Items

Large items will be sent either on a pallet or using a 'man and van' service - we will contact you upon purchasing to arrange a delivery slot with you.
